BizBuy.ca provides business acquisition consulting and advisory services to individuals and companies seeking to purchase businesses in Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to, acquisition strategy, business search and selection support, financial review, business valuation advisory, offer and negotiation support, due diligence coordination, deal structuring advice, and post-acquisition planning. Important: The consulting services provided by BizBuy.ca are advisory in nature only. Nothing provided by BizBuy.ca constitutes legal advice, immigration advice, securities advice, tax advice, or regulated professional advice of any kind. Clients are responsible for retaining their own legal counsel, immigration lawyers, accountants, and other regulated professionals as required for their transaction. BizBuy.ca's services complement, but do not replace, the services of these professionals.

BizBuy.ca is a business acquisition consulting firm. We are not a licensed real estate agent, business broker, mortgage broker, or securities dealer, and we do not hold any licence or registration as such in British Columbia or any other province. BizBuy.ca does not list businesses for sale, does not represent sellers, and does not collect commissions from sellers or from the completion of transactions. Our compensation is paid by our consulting clients (buyers) under a consulting services agreement. Nothing in the relationship between BizBuy.ca and a client creates a brokerage relationship, agency relationship, or fiduciary duty beyond that expressly created by a signed consulting services agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BizBuy.ca, its principal, and any affiliated individuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this website or the consulting services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or losses arising from a business acquisition transaction. BizBuy.ca's total liability to any client under a consulting services agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client under the applicable agreement. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

BizBuy.ca treats all client information — including acquisition targets, financial information, immigration status, and business details — as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to deliver contracted services and as described in our Privacy Policy. Clients agree to treat any non-public information shared by BizBuy.ca in the course of an engagement as confidential, including any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, or deal intelligence shared in our consulting work. Specific confidentiality terms are governed by the consulting services agreement executed between BizBuy.ca and each client.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, layout, and data — is owned by BizBuy.ca or its licensors and is protected by applicable Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without the prior written consent of BizBuy.ca, except as necessary for ordinary personal browsing. Nothing on this website grants any licence to use BizBuy.ca's name, logo, or brand materials.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, this website, or BizBuy.ca's consulting services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
