Semi-Absentee & Passive Acquisitions

Buy a Passive Income Business in Canada

Not every acquisition requires you to work 60-hour weeks. The right passive or semi-absentee business — properly diligenced — delivers recurring income without daily owner dependence. We help corporate professionals, immigrant investors, and portfolio builders identify, acquire, and transition into these assets.

What Makes a Business Truly Passive?

Sellers routinely describe their business as "semi-absentee." Most are not. We apply a structured screening framework to identify whether a business can genuinely run without you — before you commit your capital.

  • Management layer already in place (supervisor, operations manager, or reliable team lead)
  • Systems-driven operations — documented SOPs, scheduling software, or route-management tools
  • Recurring or contract revenue — no sales hustle every month to hit payroll
  • Asset-backed (equipment, fleet, real estate) — bankable collateral reduces lender risk
  • Low owner-specific expertise requirement — transition risk is manageable

Our Fee Structure
